We are able to assist from an independent perspective to review your case with you to help with any further investigative actions that may be needed.

We are able to take the administrative burden of case file preparation away from your investigators so that they can use their skills elsewhere in relation to other investigations.

Our prosecution file and related support service aims to be cost neutral to your organisation with all costs being recovered by your organisation at court.

We understand the importance of having accurate transcripts as part of criminal investigations, workplace investigations and legal proceedings. We are able to provide transcript writing dependant on your needs. This can be from a 24 hour turnaround to a maximum of two weeks depending on your needs.

We have expert Disclosure Officers amongst our team and are able to advise and assist on the preparation of disclosure strategies and schedules as part of criminal investigations.

We are also in a position to accept requests for fly tipping investigation services. All investigations will be considered on a case by case basis. We will conduct all reasonable lines of enquiry, obtain witness statements, conduct PACE interviews and compile the full prosecution file in line with expected criminal investigation standards which will then be sent back to your authority to prosecute.

As experts in investigating waste crime we are in a position to provide investigation plans for officers. This will involve a full review of your matter to identify further lines of enquiry.

We are in a position to assist as an independent chair for partnership meetings relating to waste crime investigations. As experienced investigators within the waste crime area, and experience as a Lead Responsible Officer for an organised waste crime group, we have significant experience in successfully developing partnerships and managing such meetings.
