All businesses have a duty of care to ensure that their waste is managed correctly and disposed of in accordance with the law.
There are various methods available to officers involved in the investigation and enforcement of commercial duty of care legislation to ensure that businesses are complying with the legislation.
This CPD accredited training course has been designed for officers involved in the investigation, enforcement and prosecution of commercial duty of care offences.
