We have experts in scrap metal investigation and enforcement within our team. One of our experts has previously provided case studies to the Local Government Association in relation to best practice when taking enforcement action against scrap metal dealers.
We understand that resources are stretched, however there is a duty placed on local authorities to ensure dealers within their areas are complying with the legislation. Therefore, we are able to assist in a contractor capacity with conducting compliance checks at scrap metal dealers within your district.
