Your information is securely stored in a cloud-based system which is password protected.
We keep your name, email address, telephone number and organisation details for 12 months since the date of your last contact/enquiry with us. We will then dispose your information by deleting your details from our contact database.

Where you have subscribed to our website we may send you direct emails with information of updates to services and products, and offers we may be running. We will make it as easy as possible for you to opt out of these should you wish to, providing it does not prevent or restrict our ability to provide you with the primary service that you requested.
