Sarah is now dedicated to delivering high quality training, investigation and compliance support to individuals and organisations, empowering teams with the skills and insight needed to undertake complex investigations.
She holds a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training.
Working at both at officer and manager level, Sarah ensures that cost, high service standard and customer satisfaction are achieved.
Sarah is skilled in policy, procedure, case file and strategy writing and has also been involved in conducting case reviews for fly tipping for local authorities to identify other lines of investigation which have assisted in securing successful prosecutions.
As an investigator, Sarah has achieved multiple prison sentences against defendants for a wide variety of offences. Sarah is considered a lead in the investigation and enforcement of waste crime offences.

Emma has nearly three decades of experience of working in the Criminal Justice System. As a qualified Solicitor with Higher Rights Emma has prosecuted a range of substantive matters in both the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
Emma has managed Lawyers internationally and domestically handling some of the most serious and complex casework. Emma is a leading professional expert on CSE and VAWG, as a former leader at the Crown Prosecution Service.
Emma established a strong foundation for working with law enforcement partners to build a reputation for delivery in challenging complex casework. Emma’s strategic approach to collaborative working, providing advice and strategic review has been recognised through accolades for excellence in prosecution and leadership.
As an established trainer Emma is accomplished in the delivery of multi-agency courses and projects in high risk cases to ensure effective Criminal Justice Outcomes.

Chris is an independent investigation, training and development consultant who has significant experience in public service law enforcement and the private sector. His professional journey has taken him to international landscapes, where he has delivered training in challenging and remote environments.
Now focussing on internal workplace investigations and training, Chris ensures that a values led, ethically based decision-making process is embedded throughout the investigative process including the interview elements. This approach aligns closely with the Medez Principles and it objectives to move towards evidence-based, non-confession orientated suspect interviews.
Chris has designed and delivered vulnerable and intimidated witness interview programs across the UK and Africa, showcasing adaptability and cultural sensitivity with a particular focus on SGBV and trauma informed investigation processes
Mark is a consultant and facilitator who works with public and private sector clients in the UK, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. His extensive expertise in leadership and management training has been built upon a 30-year career as a senior manager in the public sector and as a successful leadership consultant. He is a former Senior Investigating Officer (SIO) in the Police Service Northern Ireland (PSNI) with relevant experience as a detective in the investigation of all aspects of serious and organised crime including terrorism. During a distinguished career he received several Chief Constables Commendations for successful investigations into serious criminal offences including murder and terrorist crime.
Philip is a Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer who works in both the public and private sector and has recently engaged with clients in Bangladesh, Sweden and Northern Ireland.
Philip is a subject matter expert where his expertise lies in Professional Investigative Interviewing, the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 and also Covert Surveillance, RIPA, CHIS and ECHR.
Philip’s law enforcement career spanned three decades and was followed on with work at Birmingham City University and as a freelance Training Consultant.
Philip has contributed to several high profile media campaigns including Annette Hewin’s “Wrongfully Accused” and BBC productions “The Moment of Truth” and “The Moment of Proof”
A proven Investigator, he has a genuine values based commitment to ethical investigation and professional high standards.
An Honours Graduate, Philip also holds a number of Adult Learning Qualifications and is a specialist Suspect Interviewer and approved Interview Advisor.
