It will provide delegates with investigative tactics and would benefit those involved in the investigation and enforcement of fly tipping and householder duty of care.

Those who are involved in waste crime are at risk of having their vehicle seized. This course will provide further information on the powers available to officers in relation to seizing vehicles which are involved in fly tipping or breaching duty of care legislation.

This half-day CPD accredited course will provide an understanding of the legislation surrounding Community Protection Notices and how they can be used in practical terms. The course will also look at understanding the evidential requirements and enforcement action that can be taken when a Community Protection Notice is breached.
